The BEST and WORST Movie licenses of ALL TIME!!

This thread reminded me that I had Chronicles of Riddick on my "to-play" short list, so I went ahead and installed it (PC Version)
I have to admit that, while I thought the opening bits were great, once I got down to the mines, I was starting to wonder what the heck everyone saw in this game. It really does drag a bit in the middle before it picks up again.
...but then it gets really quite good, and the Heavy Guard sequence is a heck of a payoff for everything you've gone through up until then.

I really liked the untouchables on the C64, back when I was a nipper. It was typical of Ocean games of the time, in that it had different gameplay styles for different levels, but it done it with great style, and managed to get all the key scenes from the film into the game, which often doesn't happen.

another vote for Chronicles of Riddick (both the game and the film - get the Director's Cut - it adds a lot of back story and the film actually makes sense), the first-person fighting was very well implemented.
my favourite, while not a movie it's still technically a license, is Robocop vs. Terminator on the MegaDrive. with astonishing graphics, it was hard to believe that the MD could consistently churn out such detail, although the animation did suffer - but you're dealing with two robots, so it can be forgiven.

I think there should also be a thread for the best movie licenced games never made. I was thinking of this whilst my son was playing From Russia With Love. I thought if they could make a game of that Bond film then why not take a Roger Moore era film. The obvious one for me would be The Spy Who Loved Me. I know there was that Spy Hunter rip off version on the Amiga years back but a new version would be great. That and Moonraker. Others to concider:
The Abyss
Event Horizon
Clash Of The Titans (soon to be rectified according to IGN gossip)
Troy
Lawrence Of Arabia (not sure how that would work but its my fav film so makes the list)
Rated 18.
