Can't wait for this. Decided to go for the Renegade one after all. If the game is as good as the early reviews and impressions are saying, why not go for the best version?

Cause its ?140 On about it at work today and pretty much everyone said when i told them the price, "for that price, pay abit more and buy a proper set of decks". Ok they are 2 totally different things like Guitar Hero is, but they have a point to a certain degree.

Just alot of money for what it is and struggling to justify the price myself. Has to be Renegade if your gonna get it though. Just wished it was more nearer ?90-?100 then I wouldn`t have any doubt in picking it up

At the moment I have three 'consoles': The 360, the Wii and Rock Band. This is like buying a fourth, so I have no problem with it being a bit less than a Wii.

Rock Band set me back hundreds when I imported it but the longevity has been insane. It's been money well spent and with DLC, I'm certain this'll work out the same

Well my mate brought it into work but we couldn't play it as we were super busy

I got to fiddle with the controller, though. It was the standard one and felt nice. It's also quite small, smaller than I thought it would be, which I'm glad about. Shame, I'll have to wait until it's out now.

I like your way of thinking, I need more posts like this to send me over the edge I have the money, but feel guilty spending that much Especially with COD and Assassins Creed round the corner to.

Which version are people going for, 360 or PS3?

Ah you shouldn't need any justification to buy stuff. Yeah it's expensive but if you really want it then go for it.

I won't be buying anything else this month so my budget can go into getting the renegade edition, assuming Game have it in & they actually honour my preorder & don't stuff it up. The IGN review seems pretty positive which is a good sign, seems like just my kind of music game. Need something to go at when i have had enough of rockband as i have ploughed an obscene amount of hours into that, time for a change

i have pre-ordered the renegade edition and then cancelled it four times now. the controller looks so much nicer but I'm trying to resist. I'm sure i'll order it again tomorrow. Grah!

Actually after reading the IGN review, I'm thinking of downgrading my order, by the sounds of things I will have most of the tracks that is on the CD, it's not actually Jay-Z or Enimem mixing or their tracks mixed, seems it's like their Greatest Hits and some unreleased stuff. The table/box looks smart, though they say the table is a little shaky.

After having no interest in this game I have pre-ordered it now, but kinda thinking now, meh, renegade aint that crucial, give it a few months and retailers will be flogging this to free up space.

Wasn't going to buy this. I don't need another overpriced plastic Activision peripheral but I've just played it on my local Game's demo pod and it's quite brilliant!!

The 3 mix demo gave a nice indication of the, rather eclectic, track list and they all seemed pretty good!

Factor in Daft Punk vs Queen and I'm there!
