Koei has a tendency to rerelease their rare games depending on eBay prices. Although with these they might not bother due to nearing end of PS2 life.

Just remembered S.L.A.I. by Konami as well. Rarely see a copy even on eBay, partly due to it's unusual spelling.

What about the God of War 2 special two disc box set?

I got mine from shopto, I don't remember GAME or HMV selling it.

Also Silent Hill 2 Directors cut (platinum) had a limited release.

Disaster Report. Great little game, but can't see it being worth an awful lot any time soon. The sequel was called Raw Danger in the west, and was released in the U.S by Agetec (who also published Fire Pro Returns). Never played it but by all accounts, it's similar to the first game in that it's enjoyable but flawed.

Destruction Derby on the PS2 will be rare one day

Wasn't the first Gun Suvivor Ps2 game also a **** to get hold of when it was released?

Thanks for all your replies to this, everyone. Once again, I manage to start a thread and then not have chance to reply to it(!)

Basically, I spend very little on games, yet buy quite a lot, and have done for years, so my PS2 collection is mainly made up of games I've bought for under a fiver - I 'hunt' for cheap, interesting stuff. So if I can get £30 for my copy of Disgaea in a year or two, it's kept its value for most, but is worth more to me because I paid so little for it (tightwad that I am...) Maybe I should've made myself clearer...! I'm so used to buying games from Cash Generator nowadays, I'm getting forgetful.

It's funny, Profit, but I spotted two copies of S.L.A.I. in Leeds HMV last week, going for a fiver a pop (they're still there, incidentally). I never knew it existed until just before last Xmas, when I grabbed one from a boot sale. Complex mech games scare me, but, you know, maybe one day...

As for Gregory Horror Show, it's quite common up here, for some strange reason. Gun Survivor - though an absolute abomination - is a lot rarer. Nightshade almost never turns up. I hardly ever see Chessmaster, or Scrabble.
