Redge is only 19 so you have to remember, he wont have experienced games like the last ninja, Int KArate+,Way of the Exploding fist, the old school stuff that you have to appreciate before you can come out with some daft comment like Dragonball is the best ever fighting game..

I rate that game up there along with

The best fighting game ever is Streetfighter2 turbo, and SF2 Super wasnt far behind.

I know Redge and I vouch for him. He`s new to the forum and is still unaware of the self-rightious and the "no opinions allowed" attitude of some of its members. I`ll have a word with him.

Posting anything on here is akin to giving Jilly Goulden a glass of expensive wine, just for her to tell you it`s **** because it didn`t cost ?700 a bottle. It seems sometimes that unless you can fully explain how many polygons per second a 360 can process as opposed to the PS3, or write a 20,000 word essay on HDMI vs componant, it`s best not to say anything at all.

If the mods believe that Redge is trolling, it is upto them to either lock the thread and/or have a word in his shell like, not for the resident NTSC-UK torch and pitch fork waiving mob to have a go.

I like the first Bloody Roar on PS1, especially that move Long does, where he punches his opponent loads of times REALLY quickly.
IK+(AMiga) is excellent. The best though iI have played is definitely Soul Calibur.
I need to say that I didn't totally dismiss VF4, just that I had no fun playing it, and kept wishing I was playing Tekken 5. I understand the series has a long heritage, and is well known among experts, but well.. I don't know many people who actually like it much.

I quite like this game, maybe because i spent so much time playing it when i was younger, although i like the third game more.
