Games that need a HD remake?

Area 88/UN Squadron
Contra Spirits
Cadillacs & Dinosaurs
Speed Rumbler
Kaizou Chonin Shubibinman
Neutopia I & II
Seiken Densetsu 2/Secret of Mana

All of those would be perfect on LIVE/PSN

Yeah, that Sonic 2 looks spot on. Saying that though, I'd love to see a HD version of the original Sonic. Imaging racing through Green Hill Zone to the OCRemix version of the theme by Rayza!!!

If they released a HD patch for Shadow of the Colossus like they did with God of War I'd seriously consider buying a PS3. A remake would be even better but it's never going to happen.

I'd like to see Blast Corps in HD as well but I don't get all the requests for 2D games in HD. They'd only go an f**k them up like they did with all the 'enhanced' 2D games on XBLA, either by mixing the 'improved' graphics with the old to cause a jarring inconsistency or by horrible filtering.
