How many Megaman games have there been?

I really have tried to like the series but its so behind the times its not even funny. Even those Gba games... I dont see how people love this character & series so much...

Nostalgia + few good games then and then. But I agree that Mega Man is most abused character in the videogame history. Series jumped to shark around Mega Man X6 (or perhaps X5, can't really decide).

Forget rockman i find the fact that theres been 59 streetfighter games more shocking thats 59 too many.

There's not nearly that many unique Street Fighters, that probably includes loads of pointless variations. I'd guess that there's alot more KOF games. There may be too many SF games, but without them there wouldn't be 3rd Strike which to this day in the best 2D fighter available.

I very much enjoy Megaman games, I love the lack of evolution although the series has been ****e ever since Megaman X5.
