On PS3 I have pretty much done with Heavy Rain. I need 2 trophies to platinum it, so I'll wait for a rainy afternoon to do that.
Biohazard 5 Alternative has taken up most of my time. I've unlocked and completed the extra modes now, and following losing my 100% save data I'm not so fussed about playing the game proper another 46 times to get everything back.
The lad brought Burnout Paradise Ultimate Box over yesterday, so we've spent quite a bit of time on that. I find it so enjoyable to play that I've just ordered my own JPN version.
Burnout Legends on PSP. It reminds me of Burnout Revenge on 360, which I thought was fantastic.
Metal Slug Double X has taken a bit of a back seat this week.Kept you waiting, huh?

EA Replay : Picked this up for my PSP, and number one game I had to play, Desert Strike! I still love that game, I played it over and over and over many years ago, and I was remembered to fly over the sea as your fuel doesnt decrease then, now; if only I could remember where the quick winch is! Tried out a few others on here too, Road Rash 2, which I was never a true fan of, though there is 3 of them on this disc. Mutant League Football never played this till now, loved Madden 92 back in the day, but just cant complete a pass in this game yet which is annoying. Jungle Strike very quick go on this, still prefer the original Desert, even the Helicopter model looks better I think in the first game.
EA Sports Active: Finally completed the 30 day challenge ( in about 40 days by fiddling the Wii's Calendar). Dont think I have managed to lose any weight on this, but definitely feel alot more toned, looking forward to trying out More EA SA, and see if that cant inject so more new routines or work outs. Got very tired of Lunges and Squats.
Project Gotham Racing 4 : Love this game, it's great, lots of fun, the sheer sensation of speed is amazing in this game. The tail of your car sliding out, just easing the power back on without losing it totally. Tis only a fiver at your local CEX atm, please, do yourself a favour, go and get it and give it a spin.
EDIT: Almost forgot.
Sonic and Sega Allstars Racing: On the DS, tis a decent little racer, but have only had a very quick blast on this game. It moves quickly and is very like Mario Kart, except there is only 6 racers on the grid, and while it's a while since I played Mario Kart I'm sure there was 8 or more on the grid.Last edited by Holio; 14-03-2010, 23:30.

Sonic & Sega All Star Racing
Been picking at this as a side game and it's been a fun old run but given the weird difficulty spikes and the need for a patch that I feel isn't going to come I'm gonna move on to the rest of my backlog
Yakuza 4 Demo
Played through this and it's business as usual, slightly prettier but just as PS1/2 era. It's made me move against buying Yakuza 3 more as even if by some miracle they release this there will be more installments and they aren't all going to come out
Battlefield: Bad Company 2
I really don't know whether to keep this or not. I had some good games last night at last but EA are taking their time sorting it's issues out and I can go on MW2 instead and be sure of getting a decent game much quicker.
God of War II
Playing through in preparation and it's very good to go back but has helped settle my expectations as GOW3 will be more of the same and this, for all it's goodness, does feature moments of shockingly shoddy design. I'm expecting 3 to be good... but about 8/10 good.

Started and finish Assassins Creed 2 last week.
Improvement over the first (couldn't stand it) but it's a average/dull grind if you just go through the story. I'm going to go back and clear most of the side missions I didn't do which is rare for myself as I normally dump a game once I've finished with the story.
The highlight of the game was riding through the mountains for the first time. Shame the game didn't include smell-o-vision support.
The worst part is the ambient music. Really jarred with the gameplay experience so I played most of the game with it muted.
Hopefully going to start up BioShock 2 soon.

Well, Im STILL playing through Dragons Age: Origins lol......... Ive kinda took my time through it, but also tried to explore as much of it as I can, as I probably won't wanna go back to it after its done, too many gripes, but overall a worthwhile ride. Think im nearing the end now as I have clocked up over 60 hours on the game clock, but I know im closer to about 80+ as Ive played scenarios multiple times to choose a favoured outcome.
Oh and as a break from the grind in Dragons Age, Ive plowed on with AVP, which I have been enjoying a lot of, I have completed it on Marine and im now working my way through as an alien. Playing as a marine is definately my preffered option, as teh sound effects remind me of the AlienS movie
Its like being a part of the team! Not too fussed about the predator though, its kind clunky.....
Once these are done, im moving onto Resonance of Fate, which is out this week! YAY............

Finally got around to playing Rock Band AC/DC in preparation for seeing them at the Download Festival this year!
I wanted the achievement for playing the whole setlist in one go so kept putting it off until I had time. Sadly, I've got a few more to get, but it's OK because the songs are so great
Also got stuck into Left 4 Dead 2 after having it since Christmas. It helps that 4 other friends got hold of it last week too! Is it me or are the finales a lot harder than the original? We couldn't do the bridge at all until we dropped it to easy. Gutted. I'm expecting to get lots more play out of this beauty, even before the DLC as there's always lots of people online for it even without my chums.
Also did a couple of races on Forza 3, but I always end up making new vinyl groups and liveries. This time it was a sweet Knight Rider design. My Initial D designs and drift tunings seem to sell well.
Dipped into MW2 Spec-ops as I'm about 11 stars from unlocking the last group. We didn't do very well as the Juggernauts kicked our collective rumps. Boo!
Quite a few hours of gaming this week, which is a real treat.

FFXIII - Absolutely love the ever unravelling combat/level-up system, and the shockingly lovely boss fights. Despite the hard to grasp, unengaging story and Hope (an idiot-hole of considerable magnitude), I'm finding it a joy.
Also playing bits of Megaman 10, and Phoenix Wright 3 on my dinner breaks. Both of which are the tits.

Got up to an A rank in Idolmaster, so the next step was trying to pass the last Idol Ultimate. I actually did all right at it, but the game then throws you directly into another audition. Failed that one and wound up going back 8 weeks. Going to have to grind up some more skill points and Memories before trying it again.
Apart from that, started Cryostasis because I was in the mood for an FPS and found very quickly that it's not your standard FPS, it is fact creepy as all get out.
So, I put that aside for a minute and went looking for something a little more shooty, and wound up with Half Life 2. I've played through it before, and I tell you right now that I'm not looking forward to Ravenholm, but I played through it on the original Xbox and I'm enjoying how much better it looks on a modern PC at 1920x1200 with all the bells and whistles on.

It makes HL2 look like an Xbox1 game.
