Mainly Dark Souls, but also a bit of OutRun 2 SP here and there - those blue blue skies are what videogames are all about!

Finished off Spiderman Edge of Time last night, was gonna start a first play but couldn't be arsed. Its a great idea playing as the 2 spidermen via time travel. Pretty much just pressing X a lot, pressing a lot of switches. Has some nice challenges throughout the game most collect orbs in set time and kill set number of bad guys without taking damage.
Meh, looked cool from the trailers as well.

Re-started Bayonetta after only giving it a quick 10 min blast when I first got it. I am enjoying it, not entirely sure why people raved about it as much as they did though. I think I am getting too old for all that frenetic action. I need to have it finished in time for Batman though so will have a full on session tomorrow night.

Half Life on PS2. Had this 9 years back and got stuck verrrrry early on, plus felt it was 'ropey'. What a fool I was!
Really pretty shocked I never bothered with it, I would've been AMAZED back in 2002 if I'd persisted. Despite the fudgy, clumsy aiming, I am having *loads* of fun with this. I rebought this from CEX a few months back for ?1, was definitely expecting it to suck arse in the framerate department but though it occasionally chugs quite badly, it's actually a very fast, smooth, fun game to play, plus is remarkably looooong (been playing it solidly the last few days, still feels like I've got at least a quarter to go).
Yeah, it's a little dated in terms of environment interactivity and the PS2 is maybe not the best platform for this game but I've enjoyed this more than the ten or so hours I pumped into its sequel a few years back, that felt a pretty grey experience.
Best quid I've spent in eons, very happy to catch up with huge slice of gaming history I misguidedly ignored, plus Gordon Freeman IS Walter White, so I'm playing this Cranston-style.

Stuntman Ignition.
I finished the last film yesterday, which is a Batman homage. I've got the best score in the world for the final scene. Yes, I know nobody else is playing it. Why you always gotta bring me down, negative Nigel?
I've really enjoyed playing this. It's taken all the criticism of the first game and tried to address them, added a Burnout-style risk/reward scheme and put in a multiplayer option. It's still the same core gameplay where you have to follow the stunt co-ordinator's directions but whereas you'd have to start again if you'd made a mistake, this time you can miss up to five of each scene's core stunts before they call for a reshoot, with even more chances in easy mode.
I probably could have breezed through the game in a day if I'd settled with getting a two-star rating out of five, but if you can do stunts from the start to the finish of the scene, you can get 5 stars. That brought the OCD out in me and I'd be finding the best way to get to the end but constantly driving close to objects, drifting, driving through gaps and so on.
I didn't find it pad-throwingly frustrating, it just pushed me on to do it better.
All of you who seem disappointed with The Run demo, should check this out as it's about a fiver and I found it great fun. I just wish there was a free roam mode to explore some of the great sets they've created. I'm a bit sad that they've axed the series now

Of all the scenes in Stuntman Ignition, I've only found a couple of parts where I thought I was caught on nothing, but when I spun the camera, I could see it was my fault and I'd cut a corner too tight. I did love the PS2 version (especially the Astrospiral loop jump from The Man With The Golden Gun), but I thought this one was more accessible, yet still had the star rating for lovers of the original's difficulty.
In the PS2 game, you couldn't run anybody over, but this one sees you knocking extras flying with no penalty!
I may well have another go at the original as there were some great scenes in that too. The tuk tuk and driving through an office are the other levels that spring to mind.
Either that or I'll finally start Arkham Asylum that my lovely Secret Santa got for me last year!
I might be asking for advice, Geoff!
