The two flaming amardillo jobbies on Ninja Gaiden 2, and Metal Gear Rex in MGS4 on Big Boss Hard mode

You don't fight rex in mgs4! haha, I guess you mean ray, I could see how that would be hard on later levels for sure.

Last boss in GC Metroid. Could not be arsed.

Not a boss as such but stuck on Metroid Corruption trying to cause 4 Space Pirates to be sucked up into the Phazon cutter just prior to getting a beam weapon upgrade of some sort. Have tried a dozen times already :-(
