It's like ICO only... well, just like ICO actually. Let the speculation begin! I reckon it's a game about going down holes holding onto large chains. The fact that the chains are large tells me there are giants. I reckon the holes probably lead to the giants' sewer system where you beat off (fight) giant rats who all wear helmets. One of those rats is your long lost love since childhood but you can only find out who by beating them over the head, looking inside the helmet where you'll see 'try again later' if you didn't find the right rat.
