What game have you bought the most?

Probably Tetris.

I've bought Tetris for every system I've owned that's had an official Tetris conversion since the Speccy.

And I've probably bought every Metal Slug game released on home consoles including compilations, XBLA and Slugs 1,2,X and 3 on MVS twice.

An extension of the topic is games that you keep buying but never actually get into. I must own around 15 to 20 different final fantasy games on various platforms but have never played any of them for more than a couple of hours. Yet I still keep buying them in hope that one day they will click and I will get into them.

I've got pokemon; blue, red, yellow (PAL), blue, red, green, yellow (jap). that's 7 of pretty much the exact same game. If we're talking more about series, then I have final fantasy i and ii on wonderswan and gba, iii on DS, iv on SNES, wonderswan, playstation and gba, v on snes, playstation and gba, vi on snes, playstation and gba, vii, viii and ix on playstation (PAL and jap), x and xii on ps2. that's 23 games. I have all the gameboy ones too, but they're japanese and in japan they're not final fantasy, they're SaGa games (although I do have a PAL final fantasy legend 3. oh and final fantasy adventure, but mine's an early PAL copy, so it's called mystic quest... damn). Oh I've also bought 7 a few times after it got stolen or borrowed/stolen. What's that? how many of them have I clocked? One.

11 assorted Parodius games.
7 assorted Space Harrier games.
14 assorted Out Run games.
7 assorted Altered Beast games.

Of course, Parodius includes Sexy, Gokujou and Jikkyou, and Out Run includes tonnes of updates, so they don't count I suppose.

If your talking actual gaming machines and cost it would have to be medieval madness pinball table as I had two. Got first at ?3350 and it got sold as it was in crap condition for more lol. Then rebought it on trade up (as I traded pinball tables up to get it) at ?4000 collectors home use quality then had to sell it to buy my telly and PS3 as it had been stuck in a corner not used for 2yrs. I will get another one in the future if my health improves!

Games its probably Mario 64 as I kept rebuying the console in bundles and flogging em when I got bored with the new games at the time. If its series it would have to be Winning Eleven and PES as Ive at the very least bought PES and W11 in the same year twice (sometimes 3 times like last year with PS3) since W11 5

I'm in the SFZ3 club too. I have bought this game a stupid amount of times. On some of these systems, I bought it twice (JP to get it first, then local to get it in English). I'm an ass.
