January see's the release of Mommys Best Games, Shoot 1UP.

Why play shoot em up 1 ship at a time? Launch them all at once!
Everytime you score a 1UP you get an extra ship onscreen, you can control upto 30 at once, looks a bit crazy but Weapon of Choice good fun and Grapple Buggy still looks cool.

I've only just started exploring some of the Indie stuff I've missed (thanks for turning me onto the Arkedo stuff) and I've got caught up with Leave Home today.

And it's flipping brilliant! I'd rather be seeing games like this on XBLA than some of the dross that gets pushed out. With this, Jump! and Switch, Arkedo Studio are really doing some great work.

Just had a wee go on it and Arkedo have done it again (with help from Pastagames this time) simple and just simply nice to play.
Leave Home is crazy fun too, bought it after playing demo.
Slowly getting my way through over 650 games.
