Well you would think BUT the company Miracle Kidz were working with the original creators of the Kunio games to create some Kunio fangames, one of them was Downtown Dodgeball which came out on PC last year.
Now they ported said game over to XBL Indie Games

Anybody else playing Kaiten Patissier? It's a really good puzzle platform type thing where you rotate the level around as you play, with the aim being to finish each stage as quickly and with as few rotations as you can. Quite a few levels, and the puzzles get quite clever as it goes on. Well worth a look if you like this kind of thing.

Yeah. I meant to do a first play thread but never got round to getting the full game as I got pre-occupied.

Top notch title and well worth shelling out the 80 points for.

Reminds me of something that would have been released by Datam Polystar on the SFC.

I played the trial of this the other night, and I think this may become my first community game purchase!

It is a great throwback to the digitised boom of the early 90's, and as a fan of the 3DO, and digitised graphics this ticks all the boxes.

It's cheesy beyond belief, but I love it!

Akedo #1: Jump! (think that was the spelling, anyway - think it's meant to be a purposefully bad transliteration of arcade written in katakana) is well worth a try, for anyone who likes dabbling with these. I haven't bought it yet but the demo made me think I really, really should.

Also yeah, Streets of Fury is full of lols.

Someone put me onto Echoes+ in the Indie section... rather like Geometry Wars but different game mechanics and types past the twin stick shooty stuff.

All the 200 point games that haven't adjusted their prices to 80/240 already have now all been reduced to 80 points. Go grab 'em!

Go spends your points on Jump! & Swap, as they're both super fun time games

Biology Battle remains the best Indie game I've played and at 240 points (it was originally 800) I recommend everyone try it. It's a very addictive twin stick shooter that allegedly cost $100,000 to produce. And judging by it's polish and graphics I can believe it.

Cheers for the heads up on Biology Battle, will have to grab that at some point.

Tried a few new ones tonight and very pleased with the results. Echoes+ is quite blatantly "inspired" by Geometry Wars, but fresh enough to be enjoyable as an aside. Ninja Bros at 80msp was a complete steal - lovely little game, sorta platform/puzzle crossover type thing with very simple but effective graphics.

Bought and played Wool last night, 80 points; tis a pretty simple puzzler, but I enjoyed it, got through to level 20 and called it a night.

Played SFG Soccer, kinda like a Nintendo World Cup from the NES or Sega Soccer Slam except no power ups. If FIFA Street played half as good I would of bought it in the past. Tis 400 points, so just played a few trial games, its a not sure if to buy thing.

Headshot 2 is back and it's kinda like your aiming at Mii's now, or some of those duff avatars that some people had on their MSN a couple of years back, tis only 80, but didnt buy in the end.

I got bored of Wool veeeery quickly. There wasn't much compulsion to carry on without leaderboards. It just felt like you don't really do anything, like there's not really a game there.

The trial lets you play 5 levels, so it's pretty good at giving you an idea of how it plays.

Anti-Grav racing, its no Wipeout, but think it probably plays better than Fatal Inertia. 400 though so I didnt buy it.

Today sees the release of A Killer's Dream on XBLIG, with the description "some nightmares are real."

That could have been timed a helluva lot better.
