Right then. I've had an update on my game that was downloaded through the PS3 and not the GO. The customer service advisor initially advised that it was my fault for not downloading through the Go, but I countered this with a "Well if it didn't take 45 minutes to download I wouldn't have tried an alternate source" He replied with "It's obviously a problem with your broadband". To which I replied. "I have a 10Meg connection. "Oh" was his reply.
He went on about not being allowed to copy it to another machine due to DRM, and I explained that as I can't play PSP games on my PS3 it shouldn't count as a device. He was not aware that you couldn't do this, and has now escalated my problem higher. I have simply asked for a replacement code and that Sony makes their notice clearer as Please download on your Go is not as clear as Do not download on your PS3 because it won't work
