i know its not a game, but after being messed around and treated like a total cnut by PLAY i recently moved all my preorders to HMV, the news Architects album is out monday and it dropped on my mat today...hopefully they are as prompt with games as I have Test Drive Unltd 2 and Deathsmiles orders with them.

Which also probably helps explain why it's not got Extraction with it. I'm guessing it's 3 and a half gig install would mean another disk.

Do all ps3 versions of dead space 2 have extraction included then? Not just special editions? Do you have to buy it from a specific retailer or anything?

It seems to be the normal way that EA do these things, you buy the PS3 version at launch and you get a free game or free exclusive content. With the other EA games that have done this the PS3 limited editions should really have been called launch editions as they were only available for a brief time before the free stuff was removed.

They do carry the standard RRP though and looking around a few UK online shops the vast majority are only listing the limited edition PS3 version at the moment so you shouldn't have any problems getting hold of it.

I'm pretty sure I'm gonna cancel my CE order for 360. The stuff just doesn't look worth £35. Why couldn't they have included that bad ass one that's in the live action trailers?

Edit: Caved and cancelled. Gone with Shopto for half the price. They stated a few times before that the plasma cutter was life size So screw the CE. In America apparently it's only $20 more. Here it's £30 more (or £34 if buying from Shopto...)

It seems that the 360 Collectors Edition on the HMV website has disappeared altogther! Whether or not because it has sold out I have no idea however, even if it had, you should be able to find it when you do a search - alas, to no avail.

So can anyone tell me simply, does every copy of dead space 2 on the ps3 have extraction on it? Or do I have to purchase a limited edition? I want to just go and buy the vanilla version from asda on Friday, will that have extraction on it? Thanks guys!
