Not wanting to pick a fight here mate but this is absolutly water tight under uk ip law. You may know what an import is but for evey "expert" there are 10s if not 100s who dont and may not undrstand the implications of buying an import.

I don't doubt Nintendo are within their rights to enforce these proceedings.

once the PSP's released, nintendo will also loose their grip on the handheld market, and collapse. hopefully.

Why on earth would anybody want Nintendo to collapse? Sometimes I dispair, I really do .

oh, don't get me wrong. ninty games are alot of the time the highlight of the calender, but they need to be taken down a notch or two.
