Sold Radiant Silvergun for ?95 about 7-8 months ago, wasnt great condition, but the fact I originally bought it for a fiver means there was a tidy profit.

What Game related have you sold recently (Please no links to current auctions) and how did you get on?
Sonic CD: I found a sealed copy, never opened or played, for a tenner in an outlet shop. I put it on eBay, starting price of ?4.99.

I got an email the next day from someone telling me that he really wanted it, but money was a little tight and if he won he'd have to wait two weeks before he could pay me. Would that be OK?

I looked at his feeback, it was all fine, I wasn't in desperate need for money. So I said that yes, it was fine.

Good job I did. It eventually sold for ?76, with a bidding war between this bloke and someone else. If I'd said no and he hadn't bid, it would have been about ?30.

Two weeks later, I got sent a cheque for ?80, to "cover any expenses you've incurred due to the wait".

        Hoorah.

        Also sold:

Sonic Pocket Adventure (US cardboard box): ?25
(bought this one off of Yahoo auctions for ?15 a month before)

Sega Rally (PAL saturn, torn box): ?4
(I paid 50p for it originally)

        Sonic Adventure (PAL DC): ?11
But this was when it should have got around ?20 (near the start of the DC's life) ... because I misspelt "Dreamcast" in the title and didn't notice until it had finished. Bah.

Still, I can't complain about misspellings, because I got a US copy of "Samba di Amego" including maracas for ?56, including postage from the US.

Nothing modern sadly... all retro stuff

Bought Ultima II C64 complete BIN $20. Resold a week later for $125 BIN.

SX64 for ?25, selling to a mate next week hopefully for ?75.

Metroid II GB complete ?10. Resold for ?55 (complete copies of it go for silly prices).
Lie with passion and be forever damned...

I am wondering just how expensive it is to be a mate of Mayhems

After this I wouldn't advise it, tbh.

No no, not your copy Garibaldi! I found another one in a shop after you sold me your copy. Your one is sitting very nicely in my collection, thank you for that lots

SX64s in this country go for ?100+ on eBay, but mine has a faulty SID chip hence the reduction in price...

Umm its not really current because the Getaway is an old game.

                      The Getaway is for Xbox!

Bangai-Oh for the Dreamcast mint condition, played once. Sold for ?4.99.

Oh well I only paid ?2 for it anyways
Best that it goes to someone who'll enjoy it more than I did.

Still debating whether or not to sell my Metal Gear Solid original Jap version with memory card stickers and suikoden 2 demo or not. I'd probably only get a fiver for it anyways.

Ouch Stebbo... considering I got a complete set (bar Nippon World Tour Golf 64) for $350, that's quite impressive

                                1. HOTD3 NTSC: bought ?10.99, sold ?28 plus p&p.
                                2. HOTD3 NTSC: bought ?3.99 (charged me wrongly), sold ?27 plus p&p.
                                3. Reign of Fire NTSC: bought ?1.99, sold between ?2.99 and ?12.00 (had six for sale).

In fact this list could go on and on. It was the recent sale in GoblinDirect. Members got the XB stuff real cheap. I bought nearly ?100 of the stuff and ended up with a profit of ?140'ish. Paid for a few new games :-)
