No other games console on the market requires a period of game loading before the chuffing hardware can even be used.

Does anyone know why my Vita says "could not download, you cannot perform any more downloads now, please wait a while then try to download again"

I got this after downloading the extra music tracks for RR which I intended to purchase later. I cannot download anything else now for some reason.

Have you installed them? Reading around this message seems to appear when you have downloaded a few things but not installed them, kinda creates a backlog so it will stop you from DLing until you install the saved content.

Apparently, it installs them when you start the game, but I don't have the game, so cannot install them, and can't download the game as I can't download anything now.

I will try PS3...

I had this problem as well. It disappeared when I did the 'US Netflix on UK Vita workaround' Annoying but it will clear it.
