All the apps you mention would be possible. Probably just a case of whether the companies who make them think it would be worth it.

Can't see anything announced as of yet.

Edit: I lies... Netflix out in US at the moment. A matter of PAL land time? Where time moves like a legless tortoise.

Finally got the final few Welcome Park trophies last night. The 14 piece snap puzzle one was ok once I found the button that numbers the pieces for you but even with that, the 15 piece puzzle was a right pain. Had a few clears at around 51 seconds (one second too slow) before I eventually managed to fluke a 40 second clear.

UPDATE: Sony has removed the PlayStation Vita firmware update from its servers due to it containing "a technical fault".

Rang Sony, don't think they know either lol.

Apparently, it installs them when you start the game, but I don't have the game, so cannot install them, and can't download the game as I can't download anything now.

              I will try PS3...
Its exactly that, if the game you are downloading content for hasn't registered itself with the system, downloads sit in limbo until you first run that game - the content doesn't show up under Application Data or anything like that.

There is a hard limit of how much 'uninstalled' dlc you can have of maybe 32 items, and once you hit that limit, no more downloads. If you open the notification list you'll notice all the downloads are sat there and can't be cleared - your only option is to remove them individually, which deletes the download, to free up some download slots.

Resistance: Burning Skies screens. Considering how empty the release schedule is I'm starting to become concerned that this will... suck. There's little hype for what should be a Vita killer app for the summer and the developer is... not great.

A solid example of the state Sega has let the Monkey Ball franchise descend into. The Japanese version of the Vita game includes a hidden level where players roll over bikini model images with raised boobs.

what??? this is actual insanity. to erase this nonsense from my mind, i may have to remind myself of what monkey ball was by firing up the gamecube again and playing monkey target!

Probably not what I'd have included in a game which has obvious appeal to small kids, but at the same time it is rather apt that a game called 'Monkey Ball' finally has monkey balls being run all over a nice young asian girl's breasts.

                            Hardly suprising...very 3ds like.

You lot don't know what you're talking about. There's plenty of good games and apps available for Vita. I don't see many platinums on your lists.
                              Kept you waiting, huh?

Wow, Sony's online service is just hilariously poor. I forgot my PSN password and tried to reset it via the Vita and my PC, both of which return errors. I'm actually getting a barebones 404 message from their servers when I try to reset the password through their website.
