Yeah, it's sad. You do see 2nd hand sales in a couple of dodgy places but the titles are all 3+ years old and the prices are hiked through the roof. One guy tried selling me a Tekken: Dark Resurrection UMD (unboxed) for $70 before. I couldn't knock him down at all and he ended up letting me walk away.

Also, this copy of SSF4 I have came from Ebay and cost me $50 without any postage whatsoever (local pick up). What's better is that it's ****ed and the console doesn't recognise it 90% of the time, despite only having very light marks.

Disgaea is priced at 6090 yen, are they serious?

Square have just announced pricing for Army Corps of Hell, 4980 yen for boxed product and 3990 yen for digital version.
First glimpse of how much the games could cost.
Oh and the 3g will be capped at 20mb, now there is a surprise. Anything larger will require WiFi of course.

Well it's a good thing they called it PS Vita instead of PSP2 or whatever. That way they don't really have to worry about a way to let you play your PSP stuff on it.

Tried to order one from Amazon.jp which had pre-orders up at midnight. Predictably got nothing but errors when trying to order and then it had sold out by 12:25. I hope I can just nip down the shop at launch and pick one up. Trouble is I live in a pretty tiny town with only one or two semi decent game stores close by so they'll probably get about 2 units each no doubt.

God damn!! I so nearly pre-ordered one of these in Ikebukuro today...then remembered that I would be back in the UK when it`s released. FML!

Gonna wait and see when NCSX put units up for pre-order on Monday.

anyone know what the situation for launch would be in HK? i understand that theres "no" official launch in HK but they always get Japanese stock. Are they marked up? and by how much? i have contacts there and hoping they can get one for me before christmas!
