No it bloody can't. I just assumed that this very useful feature would still be available but no.

They're already up on the JP store. Seems to have basically every game that is already available on the PS3/PSP. This is going to be expensive.

Playing FF7 right now, Japanese version from the JP PSN store. What to say, runs exactly as it should! Have to disable the smelly bilinear filter, but looks lovely after that. Grandia next.

Seriously, 9 games in the US? The JP store seems to have everything.

Word on the dregs of the internet is that the US can get most of the PS1 games - it's just they've only made 9 available to download on the Vita store. Apparently you can still buy and transfer them over from a PS3. But I don't know if I trust the dregs of the internet on that.

I'm in the UK store so it's the (still fairly limited) 129 games for me. I may play FFVI. But our store is lacking. They need to bring over some of the games I have in my US account that didn't originally get a UK release, like Xenogears or Chrono Cross. Then they need to sort their rights issues to get games like WO2097, WO3 and the Rollcages up there.

Oh and then, you know, some Vita games.
