What about the people that has already pre-ordered? If the only way is to cancel and re-order with the game then it pushes you down the queue.

I am not sure how that works on Amazon. They have their pre order price promise though. May be worth contacting them about it.
I just took the plunge and pre ordered a black one with RR. I have blue pre ordered at GS but want one of each

Last time Amazon USA did something like this I emailed them and said it wasn't fair the offer wasn't available for people that ordered earlier and they gave me a $10 amazon voucher that I could use towards that particular item. Dunno if Amazon UK will be as generous.

I'm rapidly coming to the conclusion that I don't want one of these. Despite my initial excitement I've sat down and done some real thinking and, based on how little I actually used any of the previous DS systems, I can see this sitting on a shelf after the initial wow factor has worn off.

Even my crafty "sell it to CEX for profit" plan doesn't ease the pre-buyers' remorse I seem to be suffering.
