I actually wouldn't be surprised if Nintendo released a 3DS XL instead of a Lite version. The XL version was a surprise hit for Nintendo, especially in Japan.

I was looking to see if there was any sign of this Kid Icarus download (there isn't) and noticed that some 3DSVC games have updates, like Mario Land and Zelda LA DX. Nowhere does it say what these updates actually do. And if I go into the 'Available updates' section, it says there are no updates for my software. Any idea what these mystery non-existent updates do?

I've got a code from Streetfighter IV 3DS you can have if you like - that's on the eligible list.

Well I have registered another Nintendo title but nothing as of yet. Not sure how fast it will come through. Thanks for offer, I don't want to take it if someone else could.
