If you fancy an SRPG and can play import 360 games, I'd go for the US release of Spectral Force 3 as it will play on both US and JP systems.

Loads of charcters to unlock, ****loads of missions, nice graphics and music and available for under £20 new.

Well worth it and I've spent over 80 hours on it so far and not unlocked everything.
