DS fakes?

Not to hijack the necromancy, but I've been meaning to ask for a little while about GBA fakes. Is eBay still completely rife with them? Does a picture showing the full contents (with a Nintendo VIP card) mean much in terms of re-assurance?

I've come across some real good DS fakes relatively recently - there are still things that give them away, usually the manuals, but the carts and box art can be pretty damn well done...
