I'm intrigued! What were the "cons" that kept Bad Company 2 from being a 10/10 for online?

"The Frostbite engine's Destruction 2.0 isn't as prominent as it is in single player" and "...the ability to only chat with the other three members of your squad - or seven other players if you're using Party Chat..."
