    Replace 360 if slim arrives?

Would you replace your 360 if the slim appears?

Personally, I'm only going to bother if mine goes belly up. I not that fussed about Natal so I can't really see the point for me just yet.

I finally might be tempted to buy a Japanese console if these are cheaper but I won't be replacing my UK one.

        I voted option four.

As an interesting aside to the poll though - would people wait to see what the hardware is like in terms of build quality/reliability before taking the plunge?

I would would love to see a Slim Version . Have 2 360's already and would love a small slim version , so I could move it anywhere around the house . The slim PS2 made a difference in being able to move the console around the house, or even taking it to New Year's Parties ECT

There's no option for just plain no. I'd like a quieter, slimmer model but not anywhere near enough to buy one. And if mine RRODs again, I really don't think I'd be inclined to reward MS for that by purchasing another 360.

I've got 3 of them and they all fit in there respective places ok and look fine so would only bother if any of mine RROD (again).

I think option 2 is a moot point - most 360s these days are quiet, mine certainly is compared to my PS3.

It should probably be changed to 'Yes, but only if it has a lifetime guarantee against RRoD and other assorted drive errors'

I selected No unless I get the RROD. I have the latest version of the Elite 360 which so far has been rock solid since last November. I heard that the latest 360s don't really have any serious issues like the first few model types.

Whhaaaatt? Seriously? I put the quietest fans in mine and it's still unacceptably loud. And when I'm running a game off the DVD....... well, you just don't any more. Are the jaspers quieter then?

I'm not too familiar with the PS3 but I thought it was meant to be very quiet.

There is nowt but the faintest whisper from my 360 when running a game from HDD, and that was bought over a year ago.

You get a 3 year guarantee on that at the moment don't you? We should have the XboXXoR 720px2 by then.

My last PS3 was pretty much as loud as my 360.

I find my slim very quiet though.

I would consider replacing my PAL or JPN units if they RRoD'd, but if anything I would be more tempted to try and grab an old fatty US unit if they suddenly dropped in value.

I've only just replaced my RRoDed launch 360 with a Super Elite, I'm in no rush to get another one for beauty.

I've plenty of space for it in my TV cabinet, and close the drawer when it's not in use.

Maybe if I lived on a barge.
