Because that is exactly what it is, you can't use the season pass with it, you have to buy the full version then use the season pass

The full-game upgrade is ?34.99 vs ?49 for the retail version at Amazon. Better still it can be had for ?28 when paid with a '?35 network card' from CDKeys.

I saw the lineup on the official PS blog and I love how people complain about how it's all old stuff or indie games, like they're entitled to half a dozen AAA titles every month. Why can't they be grateful for what they do get? Personally most of the stuff on Plus in the last 2-3 years I couldn't care about, but there have been so many games I wouldn't have tried if I'd only had the option of buying retail.

Sure, there's nothing for me this month, but I'll add it to my download queue anyway, as I may try one or two of them if I get bored.

Personally, it's not too bad a list for me.

I have Spelunky on Vita, never tried it on PS3 (Cross Buy), so I doubt I will on PS4. Does it have local co-op? It'd get played if it does.
I've already pre-ordered the digital upgrade of Driveclub but then I wouldn't be getting the game so cheaply if it wasn't in Plus.
Never did buy Dust, though I intended to pre-release but other games came out and took my attention, so the PS4 edition is welcome.
Will definitely be playing Arkham Asylum on PS3 and I'm sure I'll give Pix the Cat a go. Probably not the others though.

Just after I joined, too. Not complaining though - I'm stocking up on PS4 releases for when I eventually buy one, and the Vita stuff has been pretty good. It's excellent value as far as I'm concerned.
