Absolutely fuming that once again people are playing Rave Racer and I'm not.

It’s **** anyway. You’re only setting yourself up for a huge amount of disappointment when you finally do get to sit down on it.

How dare you. I've played it before and I really like it! The Mountain course is an all timer. I loved when that was brought back in RRs on PSP as Greenpeak Highlands.

Apex what now??? Rivals you say,

It's brave of Sega naming their game so closely to one of the most successful FTP shooters of recent years.

It is great to see games making a comeback. Last week, I played a big moving stacked screen Fast and Furious by Raw Thrills. It is clearly based on Crusin Blast.

it was fun enough, but 3 quid for one race means that I played it once and I only saw one other person playing it over 4 days of walking past it. At a quid a go, I would have way clearer memories of the game.

The Godzilla game looks like the same cabinet but with guns.

Next time you see a RAW THRILLS game you do what we do; you run. You run your ass off.

£3 as well. Even if you're Floyd Mayweather that's utterly ridiculous.

Thing is, unless you want tickets for haribo, raw thrills seem to make every game in the arcade now. How did that happen? Even a Jurassic Park shooter and Nintendo racer

Man, that is sad. At least they haven't overtaken here.
Still, saying that I don't really go to arcades anymore as I feel too old with all the kids, teens and those in their 20s.
The only real arcades I go to these days are those dedicated to old farts like me. I can't beleive I'll be 50 in two years.

These places aren't really traditional arcades, more like traps for the young/uninitiated, plus a showering of ticket dispensers with prizes that you'd be better off just buying.

You need to get yourself up north to an Arcade Club (preferably Bury). Rent a B&B for a couple of nights and make a weekend out of it for yourself. You won't regret it.

You're right about the actual RAW THRILLS company though. They handle some pretty hot IP and I'm utterly perplexed at how they're pulling off these deals. Their output isn't just subjectively not to my likely, it's total dog****. All of it. Even some of the Chinese companies surfacing (WAHLAP Tech.) have better games.
