Got my hopes up after all the rumours last year (was it?) about an Eternal Arcadia sequel announcement.

Persona 5 will do instead.

Biohazard needs to revisit the 'horror' part of 'survival horror'. As much as I enjoyed BH4, I can't say Spanish zomboids exactly did it for me. Too much wandering around villages; not enough giant plants in creepy mansions. Ditto BH5. Somebody needs to go back and play Siren: Blood Curse and then rethink the franchise.

But did you have more fun playing Siren: BC, than playing RE4? Besides RE has never been psychological horror.

Siren: BC was nice, but it also featured shooting levels at daylight. Those levels were crap. The controls and camera were pretty crappy in their own right too. The game was built on very short levels, no sense of scale like RE4 had.

I'm finding RE4's setup to be just okay, its RE5 that went too far. But seeing the sales of RE5 I'd be surprised if Capcom would go back to old style RE.

Seems I was right, Sony are doing the second keynote.

Will be interesting to see what they do with the PSP. I think the chances of a PSP2 are slim, way too much of a chance of it being overshadowed by 3DS hype. The PSP is doing very well in Japan but close to death in the West, it's a weird situation.

It's possible that famitsu will get leaked today so expect a few big reveals.

EA and Capcom are doing their big reveals in shows on Wednesday so we'll probably wake up wednesday to some nice trailers and screenshots.

Maybe Sony will do something with regards to the psp phone thing?
Cant see the point to be honest. Got back from Tokyo last week and was shocked with the amount of people sporting IPhones. Android sales in the west are mental at the moment.

Enslaved developer Ninja Theory has said on its newly-made Twitter account that it’s to announce its new game at TGS this week.

Here’s the tweet:

“The new Ninja Theory game will be announced at Tokyo Game Show this week.”

No Disgaea 4 as of yet. No original RPG announcements at all so far (other than Project Dark if you'd consider that an RPG).

Another dissapointing TGS in terms of RPGs.

Agito and versus look nice and Ni no Kuni looks mind blowingly incredible but we already knew about them.

Only new RPG announcements have been Disgaea 4 and PSO2 (possibly VC3 if you class that as an RPG).
