wtf is the game that u can get in shops called Wild Arms 2 then? Scotch mist?

Are you sure it's definitely SCEE that blocked some of the other titles? I know Square never used to release most of their games in Europe. Chrono Trigger still hasn't seen a European release o_O

Wild Arms 2 was never relased on PAL whatsoever. Although UbiSoft picked up Wild Arms 3 for PS2 after SCEE refused to publish it here.
