I adored F Zero GX, Killer 7, Resident Evil 4 and Metroid Prime. They didn't all remain exclusives but they're still the best versions of the games.
The rest of Gamecube library I could take or leave. I didn't care for any of Mario or Zelda efforts and that generation marked the end of my interest in those series. Animal Crossing's popularity is a mystery to me, I was mashing the A button with utter boredom after about 5 minutes.

Also, I don?t recall the dialogue ever being a chore to read; some of the comments, like the ones made by the monster hiding inside the chest, managed to put a smile on my face regardless of the mood I was in. ;p
It?s just a shame Nintendo dropped the ball with Super Paper Mario by making it less of an rpg. There?s enough quality platformers out there, why make one of your most critically acclaimed, unique series follow the crowd? a proper Paper Mario game is the only way I could justify rebuying a Wii - even if I have to suffer through the picture quality.
