Sega Europe just closed down a whole raft of their offices too, due to crazy budget cuts. This game would if flopped whether or not it had marketing

I'm curious to see what thoughts are on this after the positive reviews it's been getting. The demo was awful so it'll be interesting to see what the full game offers more.

Finally landing over here on 11th January 2013 for the budget price of ?20.

Was considering picking up the import version for ?50+, glad I waited now!

Picking up the import was one of the best game purchasing decisions of the year. I love this game and I'm looking forward to having more of an online population to play with.

I loved the demo but at over ?50 to import the full game was too rich for me.

I follow Kamiya on Twitter and he seems quite happy that it's finally getting a release outside of Japan.

My concern is, at ?20, people will think it's some budget SEGA ****e and avoid it like the plague.

Q1 2013 is looking stronger than Q4 2012 for me at this rate

Glad to hear you enjoyed it mate, it has gone a little under the radar for me which is strange as I am a huge P* Games fan, but I am now really stoked for January.

We have also got DmC (which is looking pretty decent) and Metal Gear Rising all landing Q1 2013, so I agree with you 100% teddy that early next year is looking even better than the end of 2012.

'Day One Edition' includes Bayonetta as a playable character.

Apparently info is just being sent to retailers, so within the next day or so they should be updating their pricing to show the ?20 RRP.
