According to their twitter they're working on demos for all 3 platforms but can't give dates at this point.

Well it seems this ended up coming out in North America yesterday. Quite funny considering Bandai Namco's last statement on the game is it was delayed until later in 2012 in North America. Great launch for them!

Aaah thanks for this. I decided to order this on a whim from shopto on PC and I had read that it needed a Steam account but couldn't confirm it, I guess this does I'll be sticking in a rental for the 360 version as well.

As for the game, regardless of good or bad reviews I really can't wait to play this. I LOOOOVE Bugbears racing games, they are always really good fun IMO so I can't wait to get stuck in. Flatout Ultimate Carnage (and Driver San Francisco) is one of my favourite racing games this gen. Love their style. In some ways I wish this was a Flatout game in name rather than Ridge Racer, mostly because I prefer Bugbears games over the Ridge Racer games. Flatout 3 certainly didn't help though with the brand recognition, awful piece of **** that it is. (must be gutting for Bugbear to see their franchises name turned into mud)

Going off the reviews it sounds pretty fun but suffers again in light of the Burnout series. Thing is, it might not be as good but as long as EA and Criterion keep ignoring Burnout then there's room for this for me. The reviews that are scoring this lower also seem to have completely ignored the Advanced Track Editor suggesting they've rushed them.

              Eurogamer.net has gave it 8/10
I think eurogamer found the problem why it was getting low reviews which was the DRIFT button

That was a funny review. I guess it explains the mixed reviews though as you say Edd

Is the Advance Editor a later download? The reviews all seem not to mention it
