Looks incredibly nice, I think announcements localised PSP titles from now on will be a rarity from now on though.

Xseed cancelled the US localization due to lack of development resources.
This probably spells bad news for the European version as well.

[edit] though there's no press release yet, it has been confirmed on their forums. They said they wish to pick the game up again when/if Vanillaware can allocate resources and since it's a Vanillaware problem I guess it affects the EU version as well, though Rising Star still haven't announced anything.Last edited by briareos_kerensky; 02-05-2012, 08:36.

A little bump: Marvelous AQL recently published Half-Minute Hero on PC via Steam and the publisher is waiting for the sale data to see if Grand Knights History would be profitable enough to be ported to Steam. But still, the problem lies with Vanillaware, apparently still busy with Dragon's Crown.

Did you know that XSeed translated all the text in this game but Grand Knights Historia was never published due to lack of resources (it's a bit unclear if it's from them, Atlus, Vanillaware, or an undisclosed American publisher)?
And that the online service in Japan will end this October? Offline play won't be affected, but I guess this puts the last nail on the coffin of a possible western version. Sigh.
