It defo won't be original discs. Maybe a pack-in with PS+ or an additional subscription or a game-by-game paid service. Really couldn't say.

Just can say it's possible, but pricing structure is entirely up in the air...

It's good either way I suppose, there are PS3 games I want to replay, but don't want to buy another system. Another plus point for PS4 for me personally then.

Launching in Japan first is a thing of the past really, it doesn't make financial sense any more. These products are designed to be global. Well, except the Xbone. That's just designed for America.

Yes. And artifacting on the screen and poorer quality audio as well. However, I have, in the past, played Unreal Tournament using OnLive on American servers and it was extremely playable so it's certainly technically possible to do this at a level most would accept.

For a deep-routed Japanese firm such as Sony not to release in it's home territory first could cause a MAJOR upset. For the west to have it at Christmas whilst the Japanese only have PS3 games to play is not a good business move.

Launching in Japan is NOT a thing of the past. The ONLY console launch not in Japan has been Xbox and Xbox 360.
