Oh yeah, 'Silent Cartographer' is the beach level on Halo. One of the most perfect FPS levels I've ever played.

I'm surprised at the amount of comments we have for the FFVII FMVs.

Technically I didn't think they were anything special for the most part... up until you can actually control your character over the top of them! Holy **** that blew my bollocks off the first time I saw it.

FMV kicks in... I sit back... press d-pad by accident... "Holy **** did he just move?"... reload save and play up to that part again just to confirm it.

This is so true, it was unheard of at the time. FFVIII took it even further by added controllable characters during major scenes.
