Halo 4

A mate of mine reviewed it for a local site and was playing it last night... He's unbiased on these things and hated Halo3 so when I sent him a message and asked "Is it good?" his response was simply "Epic".

someone who hated Halo 3 should not be reviewing Halo 4. i couldn't care less of his opinion anyway.

Also reviewing shouldn't solely be done by people who like/love a franchise.

Yeah I agree - however even if a reviewer's personal tastes aren't in favour of a game type or expeiences I would still hope he was able to acknowledge aspects of the title that were evidently well crafted. I personally wasn't overly fussed about halo 3 - not really my sort of thing - however I can absolutely appreciate how much it does right

they already should be dispatched... my dealer here in d'dorf assured me i could pick up my Halo 4 PEGI version (UK import) probably at Saturday, Monday at the latest...

how anyone interested in Halo 4 could miss Halo: Reach is beyond me is this just because of Master Chief's absence? Reach has its faults as a campaign but as a loose collection of single player missions it's outstanding.

Halo Reach is brilliant yeah.

As for people sending this early, haven't found anywhere yet. Shopto usually have Tuesday releases in stock by now, but they don't have this yet.

However thy do have the limited edition console and game bundle in stock, if anyone's THAT desperate to get it early.

Zavvi tried to charge me this morning.
Somehow they tried to charge the original card that I ordered with EVEN THOUGH I changed the card and made my new card the default payment, cancelled it and now sticking with my Tesco direct cheap order.

Well on their site Shopto don't say they have this in stock. Just the limited edition console. So I can't see them sending it today.
