Who still has a CRT then?

And if you still have one, what do you use it for?
    Perhaps just retro?
    Perhaps for everything?
Perhaps just sitting there doing nothing?

I have a 21" Trinitron Flatscreen 4:3 in the bedroom, mounted to the wall, which gets used for normal freeview TV.

CRT will always have a place for me, retro is about more than just the console imo.

Besides old stuff just doesnt look good enough on HDTV no matter what device is being used.

Technically, I probably have one somewhere but I don't know where. Probably sitting next to my telex machine, my fondue set, soda stream and my teasmade.

14" PVM for retro and a 29" arcade monitor for boards. Both idle and only used when I need them.

I heard some dodgy mono music coming from the kitchen earlier. Lucy had dug out the old Sony Dream Machine and was listening to the radio.... I mean wtf. I have Bang and Olufsen speakers in the kitchen that can play the radio. Next she'll be using a typewriter.

My parents have my old 21" Sony Trinitron in their room. Still a brilliant CRT and one I'll hang on to unless it breaks down.

I have a 16" trinitron widescreen, mainly used for retro gaming.

I did still have one...until my parents moved at the beginning of November

Then the one I had been storing in the back of their loft got dumped without them telling me

It was only a 14" Mitsubishi but it was bloody good for RGB & was being saved so that when we buy a house I could use it for retro goodness but alas now tis gone

Still got a Panasonic 32 inch in the living room that I bought in 2003

Cost ?1600 with a free DVD recorder

Pretty decent CRT, got the Wii running through component at 480p

Yeah it was one of the last HDCRT

Will only replace it when it dies and when potential burglars look in they see it in its beauty and move on to the next house that has a flat screen

Still remember lifting it and it's base when I moved, must weight around 25 stone

I have a 14" Sony Trinitron which I use for all consoles apart from the Xbox 360. It's in my games room with my 32" flatscreen.
