I like Zombie Revenge, but it's no classic. It feels like a beat em up/adventure transplanted into the House of the Dead universe. I can understand why people were let down paying ?40 for it back when it came out, but if you can get it for a tenner or less it's worthwhile.

I managed to play all the way through the JPN version unaided - I seem to remember all of the voice acting in English but with Japanese subtitles so there were a few times where trial and error was needed to solve some of the basic puzzles. Should be ok!
Come to think of it I seem to recall the camera system being completely overhauled for the US and Pal releases, though I cannot remember which is considered to be the best in this area.

I read up a bit about it before ordering and it seems like the camera was quite heavily reworked for the US/EU versions. The reviews said that it's pretty equal between them and the J-version though as the 3rd person camera lets boss fights work much better and some navigation but catches on walls in corridors whereas the problems are inverted with the J-version
I've taken all my discs and mixed them up like playing cards ready for my playthroughs, I imagine I'll get through quite a lot as there's so many short length arcade titles, but it'll be a surprise as to what's next.Last edited by Neon Ignition; 15-06-2012, 12:15.

Anyone else a fan of Virtua Striker 2 v2000.1? Love it personally, especially as it contains the best ever in game representation of Carlos Valderrama's magnificent hair!
