I watched the leaked footage and all I can think of is GTAV did most of it better 6 months ago. It does look pretty enough but I just wonder how interesting the hacking will be because every demo I've seen it just looks like a series of press X on various things to interact with the environment.

I've just a feeling it'll all get rather boring very quickly.

That video was pretty amusing ... Always worth watching someone else utterly clueless about gaming playing them. Watchdogs however does look in essence like GTA though, which was always the case.

However it really looks and feels like GTA and whilst that isn't a bad thing it doesn't really stand out either as far as I can see much from GTA, other than its on next gen consoles.

One to wait for a price drop on methinks ...

There was so much DLC and extra options that I was totally confused and ended up pre-ording the digital delux edition in the hope I have most parts covered. I watched the IGN live stream and that was enough for me to pre-order. Looks packed with content and I'll either get 30+ hours of fun and then quit or maybe if it grabs me, i'll complete it. Either way enough content for my hard earned money.

Ubi still show this as having a WiiU release alongside everything else. Presumably no leaked footage of that version yet?

Yeah wouldn't hold your breath for those screenshots Brad, get the feeling Wii U version will be delayed, delayed, then canned. Doesn't have a firm release date yet does it?

Just says 2014 whereas the others say 27th May.

Graphically I don't expect much from it but if Ubi make good use of the controller then it could end up being the most immersive version, wireframe graphics aside...
