Download (PC Engine). This game is so of it's time, representing the badass cyberpunk futurism of the console it was on, looks great, sounds better, great designs, don't see how it could be any better.

Not as many as you would think:

      Super Mario World
      Super Mario 64
Frontier: Elite II (even with the bugs)
      CastleVania : SOTN
      Tetris (GB Version)
      Resi 4
      Tempest 2K
Doom & Doom II (Probably more Doom II)
      Quake III
      Street Fighter II
      Paradroid
      Super Metroid
Phantasy Star & Phantasy Star II
      Deus Ex
      Half Life 2 (plus Episodes)
      Roller Coaster Tycoon
      Civ IV
      Zelda: LTTP

Sure there are others that I can't think of at the moment (although should they be in the list if I can't think of them?)

Trouble is I really don't think perfection is achiveable in reality, even the best games that have ever been (i.e. the above) have had flaws. For example SM64 camera angles can be problematic, and you could easily say its not perfect because of that.

I think its better to say 'as close to perfect' rather than perfect.

I have to say though looking at some of the above entries people have a strange idea of 'perfection'. For example MGS 2, 3 & 4?? ... I will give you 3 just about ..... I guess I read 'perfect' games, not 'my perfect games'...

Mario 64 used to be one of mine but SMG owns it completely now

The full stop in the title thread is the total opposite of perfection.

JAMMA Street Fighter II is the greatest game the world has ever seen.
            Kept you waiting, huh?
