Original Gameboy thread

So i am due to fly to portugal for 5 weeks on thursday, and amazingly i have the urge to dive into the old monochrome gameboy, rather than my vita lol.

I just purchased a silver gameboy pocket with Operation C, Darkwing Duck, Duck tales, and Zelda.

Thinking back to my boyhood i can remember batman being ace, and have good memories with super mario land 2.

What i'd like is input on gameboy games that are worth picking up, and not just the obvious ones!

Anyone know how the capcom/disney titles stack up to their NES counterparts?

Duck Tales on the GB was one of my faves, also Gradius/Nemesis. Mario's Picross!

No i almost bid for one though, before having a "wtf what if the battery is dying?" moment...

Does anyone know the best place to get gameboy replacement save batteries? I am looking for either the cr2025, or the higher capacity cr2032....but all i can find are tabless ones, which are much more fiddly to install.

Need ones with tabs if anyone can share a good place?

My zelda cart needs one for starters.
