To anyone else that gets the PS3 copy can you post if you know what the deal is with local co op? I've played the previous two on 0360 and at least in IA i remember that your couch neighbour needed to have a profile to play with you, and it wsd that profile (rather than yours) that they improved. I wonder if player 2 on the ps3 will need a local login etc?

Just started it up in 2p and the other character has the same stats/weapons as 1p...so I assume the armour and weapons you collect are shared too.

Can you even sign 2 profiles into a ps3? We couldn't see a way to do it playing LBP Karting...

Probably not, shows my lack of experience of local PS3 coop games!

LBP would bring up all accounts on the PS3 and allow you to assign one to a new controller. Had to be local accounts though.

Your guess is as good as mine, but it looks like there's a third mission pack to download, which includes 11 missions and adds an additional difficulty level. I don't care about next gen consoles, I'm just excited about the UK release of EDF 2025!
