It's well past the point of being exploitative. Up to a point there was some leeway but they're so far past the point of where they should have delivered what people paid for all those years ago - because they fully could have - that it's fully clear this is a pre-meditated approach and thats where there really should be a proper journalistic investigation at the least into it.
