Not unexpected, EDGE have never been massive fans of the Lego series. Lego LOTR only got a 6 and it's the best entry. As long as peeps only expect a Lego game, not a WiiU saviour, chances are it's decent enough.

Yeah true it is only one review and Edge can be a little harsh in their reviews, will be interesting to see how others rate it. Hope its not the start of things to come though.

It's a real shame. I have had 2 Wii-U's (One bricked Rayman go figure) and its a lovely system has a spark and great feel. I'm sure it will have some great games in the future courtesy of Nintendo themselves, I will get another eventually unfortunately the last system it reminded me of is the one I think its destined to follow

The dreamcast failed becuase it had no decent multi format titles so people bought a ps2 instead, and people didn't want somthing that was more of an arcade machine than a home console.

The WiiU is nothing like that. It's already had more home console style games than the dreamcast had in its lifespan.

The Wii-U is what it is a platform for Nintendo titles, which it will have and they will probably make the system worth having no more no less but a third party multi platform platform its not and won't ever be. Deal with it, it will still be worth it anyways for 1st Party, Bayo 2, W101 and X so I have no idea why your knickers are in a twist anyways.

Last time I checked the Wii-U had been out for 4-5 months depending on which region you want to go off. Surely that is a good thing that titles of that quality came later for the DC maybe the same will happen for the Wii-U, ill be buying again when Pikmin and/Or WW comes out anyways. I would love to know why this irks you so much? who cares everyone knows Nintendo will be fine anyways worst case is the Wii-U bombs they keep the 3DS and make an outright killing on Multiplat anyways or more likely they do what they always do and Hoover up 75% off all software sales on their platform like always while making sure its an essential 2nd console for the dozen classics they will make.
