It felt like christmas had come early mate! This is one of the few game franchises I genuinely get excited for now.

Same here. Not too fussed about the rest of the VGA trailers now. Funnily enough the minute I saw the knight squaring off against the dragon I was thinking that it had to be a From Software game

As soon as she started describing a dark and brutally (I think she said that) hard experience I got goosebumps but I didn't want to get my hopes up for it to be something else... I was pretty sure from the start to be honest but I needed to see the words.

Kind of surprised they went with Dark Souls II I'd have expected them to do something else... Black Souls or something, IDK.

Still, YAY!

I'm waiting for someone to youtube it so I can sit here scrutinizing any links to the first game. But yeah, wouldn't have had it down as a trailer for the VGA crowd, not moaning mind

The VGAs make me laugh, it is pretty much just a trailer show, they gave out more awards at the pre-show and back stage than they have on the main show

Awsome news....if they announce it for vita too, like from software hinted at last year, i will probably not give a **** if nothing else decent ever gets released for the handheld.
