What a shame Darksiders is no more. I recently finished 2 and thought it struck a great balance of exploration/combat and RPG elements. Wasn't Darksiders 2 released a couple of months before Skyrim/COD/Ass Creed Rev? Does feel they pushed it out a little too early.

This doesn't seem to be officially announced yet probably as they owed them 40 million or something. EA is probably the safest bet though

I guess on one side buying out the IP was a good move but only if it's worth it in sales. Did it do that good? I thought it was slightly better than Frontline:Fuel of War but yeah its no Battlefield or COD.

Couple of interesting ones there, Crytek have bought the IP to the sequel they are working on

Just heard that Take Two got the WWE license!

Is this true? I can't find any info on this and I love my yearly Wrestling update. A new game engine for the franchise although badly needed could go one of two ways.

Reading around it seems Platinum has commented that they wouldn't mind picking up Darksiders in the cheap. Not keen on the plans mentioned for the third game though of making it a 4 player coop game. Anyone heard any mentions of Red Faction?

Red Faction is Volition so I'd assume it's gone to Koch.

Just saw that the Relic deal with Sega only includes Company of Heroes. Still their best game in my opinion but I'd love to see another Homeworld one day.

Homeworld was published by Sierra, so if that IP wasn't owned by Relic, it will be in the hands of Activision.
