Your Current Gen Top 10

Been a lot of negativity about this gen and the incoming one. Thought I might try and balance things out with a positive thread celebrating this generation. Post up your favourites - which by definition does not necessarily mean the best - so no arguing!

Playstation 3, Xbox 360 & Wii. PC if you feel the need, though I'll let you judge when the generation started/ended.

No Handhelds or mobile games.
No HD upgrades of old games.

In no particular order (apart from the first one):
Deadly Premonition - 11/10. Apart from the rubbish bits Had me gripped by the story and once I had the decent guns, the combat was passable. I had so much fun in Greenvale doing banal stuff like shaving and eating and drinking coffee and going to the car wash and running around with an axe and peeping through people's windows and following people's cars and fishing and chatting to randoms.

Raiden Fighters Aces - A collection of games that are so accessible and fun. Endless entertainment

Dodonpachi Ressurection - Lots of variety here too with various arrange modes that give weeks of learning and enjoyment.

Battlefield 3 - Shame about the console framerate, but I'm still addicted to this.

Mirror's Edge - I'm a Mirror's Edge Time Trial junkie. Due to the control scheme, it wasn't always clear what the fastest path was. Experimenting with different combinations of jump points and timings to shave micros seconds was great. Being able to watch the best time in the world was fantastic too. Suddenly realising a whole minute could be shaved off on some levels with shortcuts.

Stoked - I spent weeks just riding down the hill experimenting with ridge lines and rotations to get the most thilling air time and powder riding. It's more of a sim than a game.

Ikenie No Yoru - I was more scared by this than any game previously

Ghost Squad - Best. Light. Shooter. Ever.

Sin and Punishment 2 - The game the Wii was made for.

Gravitron360 - XLIG update of Thrust. Would have been perfect if it had been more difficult from the start.
