    Pro Evolution Soccer 2014.

Footage of this has appeared and it finally looks good. Only taken them 6 years to get it right.

Much better animation and control mixed with the already superb AI should make for a great game this year.

We live in hope. Amazing how they could take such an incredible football game and pretty much totally ruin it for so many years.

I thought it was a real match for a second! Yeah, animations look a lot smoother now. Again, fingers and toes crossed for a decent game. 2013 was good, a big step in the right direction, but still flawed in some important places. They've been at this one for about 3 or 4 years behind the scenes of 2012/2013 I think. So, no excuses!

The pacing of the game and the players on the ball looks realistic.

Faces look nice, game looks as tommy todger as it has done since the PS2 versions.

          I'll still buy it.

Always a pleasure. It's finding the time between parenthood!

Looks like same old, same old to me. New animations? *Yawn*

Is it just me or does this look slower than last years too?

It may have the same core but the new physics and animations are vital as the AI system is absolutely amazing and should make an all around great game. I haven't bought a PES game this gen and this could be the first.

Can you still do an overhead kick from the corner flag and score every time?

Some of the fancy footwork going on in this trailer is pretty effin good. The jostling too. Is that 'final code' crowd?

Aye. It's a cross-platform engine for next-gen Koonammi games or something.
